Hiya 🤍
Everything ships from my Ontario studio and is packed with care. My goal is no stress, affordable shipping where possible — with tracking available when you want extra peace of mind.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (unless otherwise noted).

Please note that if you selected untracked (no loss protection) shipping, it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive within Canada and up to 4 weeks to the United States depending on your location  and weather permitting.Tracking and insurance are not included in letter mail shipping and once it has been shipped, there is no way to tell where it is or how long it will take. This is why it is called snail mail :)

Canada Shipping

Free shipping on smaller orders

Most smaller paper orders ship by Canada lettermail (untracked) to keep things affordable.
( this includes ephemera packs and postcards)

Bundle shipping for larger carts

If your order includes multiple packs or a heavier bundle, checkout will automatically show a bundle shipping rate (parcel/box shipping) to help cover postage.

Tracking in Canada:

*Lettermail is untracked (no scans).
*Parcel/box shipments may include tracking depending on the shipping method used.

United States Shipping

I currently offer two different shipping experiences depending on what you’re ordering.
Please note parcels to the USA have ALL duties prepaid. No surprise fees when delivered.

Pocket Ephemera Pack (6Ă—9)

At checkout you’ll see two options:

1) USA Economy Mail (Untracked)
Low-cost shipping with no tracking and no delivery confirmation.

2) USA Tracked Shipping (DDP / Delivery Confirmed)
Includes tracking + delivery confirmation and uses DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to reduce surprise charges at delivery.

Studio Ephemera Pack (8Ă—12)

Studio packs ship using USA Tracked Shipping (DDP / Delivery Confirmed) for the smoothest delivery experience.

Untracked shipping note (USA):
If you choose Economy Mail (Untracked), I’m unable to provide tracking updates once it’s mailed. If you’d like tracking and delivery confirmation, please choose the tracked option at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside Canada & USA)

Some flat paper goods may be available via international lettermail (untracked). If your country is eligible, options will appear at checkout.

International lettermail is not tracked and delivery timelines can vary widely.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and can vary due to weather, holidays, and cross-border processing.

For untracked lettermail (Canada/USA/International), it’s normal for deliveries to take longer — that’s the nature of snail mail.
