International: UK, Australia, Europe & Japan:
International orders will be shipped only through
Canada Post International Air Post and have an
expected arrival of about 7-21 business days from
date of shipment. My experience has been most
parcels take about one week. Due to VERY long
shipping times I do NOT ship surface post.

faster shipping re: rates and details. It will cost a bit more
but I am more then happy to accommodate you :)
*** If you are purchasing multiple items and are concerned
about the shipping costs, please convo me your zip code
or postal code and what city you are in and I can double
check on the rates for you and we can make adjustments
if need be.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
Yes, I accept returns and exchanges no problem.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
If your item isn't exactly tickety-boo just send it back to me
within 28 days and I'll gladly refund or exchange it for you.
Refunds will be for the cost of the item(s) and any taxes
that may have been paid.
Please note: Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The Boring but Important Details of your Return:
Contact me via email and let me know you are
returning an item to me and the reason for the
return. You will be given a confirmation number.
(Please note: Items will not be accepted for a
refund without a confirmation number)
Simply address the package to me at:
Once the item has arrived here I will email you and
your refund will be issued no problem.
If your item has been damaged or broken in the
post due to postal mishandling please do email
me photos so I can see the damage and report it.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Returns shipped back to me in damaged condition
